Welcome to MAXs Online Academy (the “Platform”). By registering for and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

3. Services

The Platform provides online recorded courses, live courses, and downloadable learning materials. Course content, duration, and pricing are as displayed on the course page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course at any time.

4. Purchases and Payments

Courses are digital products. Upon purchase, you receive online viewing access. Except as required by law, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please refer to the Course Purchase Agreement for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content on the Platform (including but not limited to videos, audio, text, images, and courseware) is the intellectual property of MAXs Education. You may not copy, record, download, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon our intellectual property without written authorization.

6. User Conduct

You agree to the following when using the Platform:

• Do not share or transfer purchased courses to others
• Do not screen-record, audio-record, or screenshot course content
• Do not post illegal, offensive, or infringing content
• Do not use automated tools or scrapers to access the Platform
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform

7. Disclaimer

Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of content or its suitability for your specific needs. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Service Interruption

We strive to maintain stable operation but are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or system maintenance.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, submitted to arbitration.
